I feel like I've made this journal before.

Well long story short, Both my jobs cut my hours, I got into a car accident, and I have free time so I'm streaming Owed and new commissions in order to pay  for the expenses I'm accrued.

a more in-depth explanation...

I hate having two jobs. It takes all my time away. I'm always tired. I just have no time for art. So these next couple days I have off, I'm dedicating to streaming, I want to be here and FA, I want to make new art. and most importantly of all, I want to complete owed work and projects. and maybe, eventually I will be able to quit one or both of my jobs if I get back on track.

Wishful Thinking...

As for any new commissioners this is how things will be,

I will be doing $30 sketches only for the time being.

That said, If you want to upgrade them at a latter date  but for now I will just be doing sketches (A4 size at 300dpi)

If you are interested,  send me a note.

To those I owe.

I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOU

And I will finish all owed work, it's jut due to the current circumstances I have a need for a lot of money  to pay off these debts.

I WILL COMPLETE THEM, even if I have to do a ton of mini1-hour streams, I will complete them.

I just read this journal. It sucks to read that your jobs scaled back your hours. Hopefully things have improved for you since then, but regardless there's not much of a market for people who fall into the unskilled or obsolete skilled category. If you're still in Oklahoma, you should probably look to use that sudden free time to not just draw, but explore new skills that are more in demand so you've got more income generating options in the labor market.

If you're already looking to transition into another field, check out the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics website's Occupational Outlook Handbook online to find career information on duties, education and training, pay, and outlook for hundreds of occupations. There's always consistent employment to be found in security, vehicle maintenance, and engine repair if you've got a clean criminal history and driving record.
